I am a licensed clinical social worker and international board-certified lactation consultant. I have over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages. I earned my Masters in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania in 2013 and have clinical experience in many settings, including hospitals, schools, mental health crisis centers, and in-home therapy. I completed my human lactation certification at Drexel University in 2024 and have inpatient hospital and outpatient lactation support experience.
I currently provide services to clients both in-person and virtually.
I am fully licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I am trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.
I am an IBCLC and provide prenatal feeding support plans, full feeding assessments and interventions after birth, and continued feeding services throughout your journey, including weaning support.
Outside of providing therapy and lactation consultation, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the city, and escaping to nature (I love a good hike or a day at the beach!).
I am passionate about supporting others with understanding themselves and their past, present, and future. I am here to join you in identifying and reaching your goals.
